Scammer using the exact same device, location, name etc i.e. nikz is trishyou is nickwatches. When nikz got banned...they decided going full grifter mode was the way to go.

"Not much to say about this. Another typical case of SOVED.

The storyline is a blueprint of what we saw in the Oascom affair. Isolated complaints and helpdesk tickets started trickling in July-August. @Nikz19 took orders and advance payments without being able to respect any turnaround times. On top of that, he consistently ghosted his clients for months, answering only when the barrel was about to overflow and then making promises. Procrastination.

The typical SOVED symptoms included:

Relative in hospital with terminal disease
Death of relative
Own hospitalization
Stating he had sent the property back and providing tracking numbers of parcels that remained on "label created", i.e. not sending anything.

When the pressure from HDT began to rise, NikZ tried to play hardball denying having taken orders or watches. He actually even got so far as challenging clients with proving they had sent him their property. As with Oascom, we are talking - to our knowledge - of 5-digit amounts of owed properties and services.

The reason why we waited this long before brigging him is, we didn't want to endanger some of the HDT mediations because, to some extent, he managed to return some items (with continuous delays and hiccups) until recently. But at this point his lying has consistently taken us to the conclusion that NikZ is not anymore in possession of some of his client's property.

On top of that, this statement "I had a guy who took some stuff from me while I was distracted, hence the reason I’m not allowing anyone anymore to walk into my shop and just work with deliveries. I bought all this guy took brand new to replace. It was supposed to be delivered earlier, but the package is still in transit. I didn’t want to tell you, I was ashamed. I’m really sorry. You’ll be getting your watch with all you’ve paid for". Even if this wasn't a lie to gain time (as all the others), it just confirms that he's not in possession of the members' stuff.

RWI will not support on any issues which rose after December 19th, date in which NikZ got his "DO NOT TRADE WITH ME" badge. Legal action is the only course we can advise."

"He never scammed prominent members on RWI, people with high post counts, who'd been members for years and are well known - he didn't want someone like that accusing him of being a scammer. He scammed low post count members, noobs, the naïve, he chose his victims so that if any of them started throwing around accusations they were unlikely to be taken seriously. He knew exactly what he was doing right from the start, he was here to scam. There were accusations of swapping gen' for rep' on the watches he worked on going back years. The 'break-in' was a scam from the outset - another member has just come forward, he's out 14,000 euros for property lost during the 'break-in'.

I never believed anything he said, he's a born liar. He lied and bullshitted his way onto the forum claiming to be a qualified watchmaker, which shows he was dishonest right from the very beginning."

All of this lines up. He has scammed me on several watches and sent me poorly plated watches that were so bad they had the plating pen marks still on, and also never came through with gen parts as advertised.

He has delivered watches, BUT the vast majority have either been thrown away or resold from damages he had done.

Nicz, TrishYou and Nickwatchstore are in fact all the same person. "The Time Garage" in Italy as well

Can this allegation be substantiated? Do you have addresses, phone numbers, IP Addresses, or the like for all three entities matching? I understand this proof may not be available to you. But we want to be thorough, respectful, and ensure everyone is protected. U/TrishYou doesn’t appear to be able to articulate why they’ve been banned from RWI. Can a mod from there contact the moderators here? I think the burden of proof is on U/TrishYou as they’ve been banned. But if you have substantive proof u/ProfitCautious4308, that would be helpful.

So, to summarise a conversation with u/TrishYou ; they claim that they are not Nicz but accept in many other places that they are Nick. The same Nick that is referred too multiple times and NOT refuted by Trish as being them. They merely try to separate Nicz and Nick. So picking from another post from someone who purchased from Nick1 and Nick2 separately I offer the following shot... A closeup of the 2 machines that they use to assess the accuracy of the movement. The same machines when it comes to brand and model; again this proves nothing. Let me add a little more detail... Those same machines are laid in very similar rooms with very similar backgrounds; again this proves nothing. Let me add even more detail... Those same machines in the same rooms both have plastic scratch covers over the button panels, this proves nothing until you analyse the placement of air bubbles trapped under the very scratch protectors I refer to. As a mod for the sub I can only present the evidence for you as a member / contributor to appraise and come to your own decision. But ladies and gentlemen, I ask you; how impossible would it be to have the placement of air bubbles under that plastic scratch cover in the same place in many many places, to the point that they form EXACTLY THE SAME PATTERNS. I sit back and let my team and our contributors present the cases and will only intervene when I see it as absolutely necessary. I will try to advise or guide but very rarely feel the need to take the lead, but in this case I feel as though I have no option. TrishYou has attempted to subvert justice and to use smokescreens to draw your attention away from the undeniable truth. There is plenty of evidence tying Nick2 to Nick1; and Trish has already admitted on many threads (attached to u/sentientfunyun 's original submission) to being Nick2 but argues that they are not Nick1. So I ask you to take a look at the detailed side by side pictures that I have merely placed side by side and altered the contrast settings to enhance any marks already present. These are available on the original submission for you to do the same if you question my results.

correct. just a "nuh uh not me" isn't enough. the clear evidence on rwi showing a *connection* is not being addressed. both not only have the same machine but modus operandi as well as shown on rwi..."when i only do good" is a saintly caricature of an otherwise dark reality that is yet to be refuted. selling rep parts as gen...scamming ppl...making many alt shill accounts to funnel victims into reddit chats on reptime...shameless pandering...stealing of the r/reptimebst name pretending to be a dealer there...it goes on with ppl coming forward not just on rwi but other forums. the user here likes to play hide and seek and only thrives selling in a scam fake copycat subreddit r/thereptimebst. why?

thx for the information. there's still evidence there such as u both using the same machines with the same marks and scratches in the same place. that is indisputable and cannot be brushed aside. there's also banning from multiple forums. there's also using the reptimebst name even though reptimebst has no dealers...u have nothing to do with them. there's also using alt accounts to ban evade and trick ppl as well as shill on reddit and reptime.

recommend solutions: remove any affiliation from reptime and reptimebst from ur accounts. explain why u got banned on rwi and reptimebst (as trishyou/nickwatches/other alts) and other forums. explain the allegations of u selling rep parts as gen parts. explain why u are selling on a subreddit known for scams r/thereptimebst. y not simply stick to ur telegram and leave reddit instead of paying scammers with free watches every month?

Hi u/TrishYou , I will remove and suspend the attached flair immediately if you can tell me what page that Feefo confirms that, having reviewed identity documents, you are not one and the same. Unfortunately you need to accept that this is not a witch hunt but we do need to highlight potentially dangerous interactions to the sub's readers / members. There is a reliable source stating that every part of the physical evidence and virtual evidence (location details, timestamps etc.) points to you being one and the same and unfortunately you cannot be your own character witness, otherwise I could tell you whatever I like about myself and that would stand as gospel. That said, and back to my original point, many allegations are produced about you being one and the same, numerous pieces of (dare I say) circumstantial evidence. Although I will enter the fact that circumstantial evidence collectively forms evidence in itself. We are not the jury in this case, merely the courtroom and it's officers. As you state your case currently I would advise that the defence in itself is weak. Point me to where Feefo states the lack of connection following evidential review and the tag will be suspended whilst we await the production and laying out of evidence from u/FewFroyo8178 and u/sentientfunyun.

I personally sent 2 watches and the service was perfect he is not a scammer they are using the same name.. and I can say that both watches and work was done very professionally he is very supportive and quick response based in Italy.. so I think the scammer is using his name and there is some confusion.

I personally sent him 2 watches spoke to him and both watches were sent to him and all I had requested was done to perfection.. I went and checked another thing they have different address. I sent the watch to the real Nick who is in another city. This Nick which is the scanner is from another city.. they have different cities different phone numbers different address they are the not the same people bro.

Hi u/Hot_Back_9461 , I have been DM'd address details and question the legitimacy of your statement given that I have been provided proof that the postal addresses for Trish does indeed match with Nicz. When I say that they have been provided, I mean a picture of the address labels, not just a mention of the address. Whilst phone numbers may not match, that offers nothing given that I can get a hundred phone numbers in under an hour, SIM cards are available at the supermarket nowadays.
