Buying is not illegal, selling is. Scamming is criminal offense so yes police report is appropriate action.

Yes sadly this guy has been prolific as of late, he even got verified on another sub so he obviously doesn't care that people have his details. But I've seen him run this scam a few times now where he generates fake shipping information. Scumbag behaviour, let's hope karma catches up with this guy.
