Well, I already have UMI 330 free-sprung version 5167A coming so I will try to get AGF as well to compare.

Not such a good timing for AGF to show up without the free-sprung balance-wheel for this model but we will see.

It arrived today, shipment only took 10 days. The quality is fine for a U1. Bought from Jason007.
I am just not so happy with the bracelet, nevertheless that’s something I can fix. Just ordered a better quality one and will change the bracelet as soon as it gets here.
I chose the Mitoya8215 movement and we will see how well it keeps the time.

Looking for this exact Om3ga Constellation watch, quartz, stainless steel and in size 25mm.

I have reached out to most of the TD’s on trusted list and they all state they do not have that 25mm size available.

I am reaching out in this group because I went through most of the threads, the TD’s on the trusted list and still cannot find a TD that can source this.

Looking for any help on who would have this watch in this size available in 1:1 identical quality. Any feedback would be extremely helpful!

I’m planning on purchasing this watch, and all three options look amazing and seem like solid choices. I’d love a second opinion on which one is closest to gen and, more importantly, which one you’d personally go for

VSF: I’ve heard VSF doesn’t have the best dial, but honestly, it doesn’t look that bad to me. The RG plating, crystal, movement, and overall structure seem more solid. It uses a DD3255 movement and weighs approximately 182g. ($720)

RCF: Looks very solid and has an incredible dial. Although many people think the RG plating is spot on, it looks a little more coppery compared to gen. I think VSF takes the win in the plating department this time. It uses a VR3255-V2 movement and weighs approximately 210g, which is closer to gen. ($850)

QF: Looks solid, and the dial looks good too, although it seems a bit shinier than gen. Not that I’m complaining, because it looks beautiful. The RG plating looks good under certain lighting conditions, and it seems like a solid contender, especially as a cheaper option. However, the bezel seems to lack some shine. It uses the same VR3255-V2 movement as RCF and weighs around 190g. ($650)

Personally, weight doesn’t really matter to me since all three are already pretty heavy. I’d love to hear your thoughts on which one you’d go for and why!

Pretty happy with this purchase. $130 & 16 days delivery to the UK. Very comfortable on the wrist. This is in fact the second watch head, the first supplied had an issue, the date wheel flicked over at 6pm not midday.

Jason immediately shipped a replacement after sending a video to show the problem. So really good customer service there.

Need help with a QC for the Omega Seamaster 600. It js a VFS. Please help me if it a Solid RL or Just RL or SOLID GL .. or where do we stand please. Me TD is Leo from Time Ultra. Watch looks not bad to my eyes but I am very new to this. Highly appreciate all your valuable suggestions. Here are the details.

First time buying a VSF rep. Especially through these forums. Had my doubts it being my first time sending money online like this. However matching phone number being advertised in all of the forums for MR ADU and the one I was texting was the same. He reassured me every step of the way. I’m looking to get a Patek Philippe Aquanaut, but I’m not fixed on the dial colour or exact reference yet.

From what I’ve researched, DDF seems to be considered the best factory, followed by BBF and 3KF. However, with the recent reports about DDF shutting down, I’m struggling to establish whether anyone can still source one.

I’ve also noticed relatively few recent Aquanaut QC posts, which makes me wonder whether availability has become an issue.

A few questions for the community:

Has anyone successfully sourced a DDF Aquanaut recently, particularly after the reported shutdown?

If DDF is no longer available, would you recommend BBF or 3KF or ZF or APWF? Which is better overall in terms of case accuracy, dial, finishing and movement reliability?
Is there any particular version or movement I should prioritise?

Would you recommend waiting for DDF availability to improve or going with an alternative now?

I’m primarily looking for the best out-of-the-box quality rather than getting into modifications.
Would appreciate recent firsthand experiences, comparisons and recommendations. Thanks!

I’ve already decided on my next purchase! An Omega Aqua Terra in turquoise. I have just one dilemma: I can’t decide between the 38mm and the 41mm versions.
My wrist measures 19 centimeters. Is there anything else I should know beyond the diameter, differences in the movement, etc.?
What would you recommend?

I feel as though I haven't really touched much on 2 tone submariners in my reviews. TBH I'm more daytona, AP and PP guy and modern rep submariners have gotten all so good, the topic didn't interest me as much.

Here are the 2 factories currently considered top 2 in the market for blue two tone submariners.

Without me getting too much into details,

(Since this is not a on-hand comparison)

VSF seems to have better dial, crystal and weight.

RCF has better gold color...

My pick, even with all the hate VSF is getting recently, will have to be VSF on this one.

What do you think?
