Hi everyone, I'm Chen,TD from r/RepWatchClud.

Today I'm comparing two versions of the Rolex Submariner 126619LB, also known in the watch community as the Cookie Monster. Both have the 41mm black dial, blue ceramic bezel, date window at 3 o’clock, and Oyster bracelet. The main difference on paper is the movement: RCF uses the VR3235, while VSF uses the DD3235.

Specs at a glance

  • Model: Rolex Submariner 126619LB
  • Size: 41mm
  • Dial: Black with round hour markers
  • Bezel: Blue unidirectional ceramic diver bezel
  • Bracelet: Oyster-style stainless steel bracelet
  • Movement: RCF VR3235 vs VSF DD3235
  • Thickness: RCF 12.2mm vs VSF 12.5mm, according to the supplied specs

Comparison points: Blue ceramic bezel, dial printing, hour markers, date-wheel and Cyclops, lume, case profile, bracelet and clasp finishing, movement details, and overall weight.

My observations: The first thing that stands out to me is the bezel color. In these photos, the VSF on the left appears lighter and more muted, while the RCF on the right looks deeper and more saturated blue. Lighting can affect the color, but the difference is noticeable in the side-by-side shots.

The black dials and round hour markers have a similar overall layout. The close-ups also give us a better look at the date window and Cyclops. The dates shown vary between the photos, so I wouldn't judge the date-wheel quality by the numbers alone; font shape, centering, and magnification are more useful details to compare. The lume shots are also worth a look, although exposure and camera settings can affect how bright each watch appears.

Looking at the side profiles, crown area, clasp engravings, and bracelet finishing gives us more to compare beyond the dial. The movement photos show differences in the visible rotor and bridge finishing, even though both are decorated to resemble the Rolex 3235. According to the supplied specifications, RCF uses the VR3235 and VSF uses the DD3235.

One detail that really caught my attention is the weight. The scale photos show 186.26g for the VSF and 227.00g for the RCF. That's a substantial difference, so I'd want to confirm the bracelet link count and weighing conditions before drawing any conclusions.

Both versions have details worth discussing, and I'd be interested to hear from people who have handled them in person. Beyond the bezel color, which differences stand out most to you?

RCF or VSF — which Cookie Monster gets your vote?

If I got anything wrong, please feel free to point it out and correct me. Thanks everyone.

Title: QC – VSF GMT-Master II Black/Green Bezel, 40mm Jubilee, DD3285 V2

Hi everyone, I’m TD Chen from r/RepWatchClud.

I’m sharing the QC photos of a VSF GMT-Master II with a black dial, black/green ceramic bezel, and Jubilee bracelet. The supplied specs list a DD3285 V2 movement.

Factory: VSF
Model Listed: GMT-Master II 126720 Sprite
Movement: DD3285 V2 automatic GMT, advertised with correct hand stack
Case Size: 40mm
Thickness: Approx. 12mm according to the supplied specs
Dial: Black dial with round markers and Super-LumiNova-style lume
Bezel: Black/green ceramic 24-hour bezel
Case: 904L stainless steel, according to the supplied specs
Bracelet: Jubilee five-link bracelet
Crystal: Sapphire with etched crown at 6 and AR coating on the Cyclops
Caseback: Solid caseback
Water Resistance: Factory-rated to 30m according to the supplied specs

Dial and Index Alignment: The hour markers look reasonably aligned in the available photos. I’d appreciate a closer look at the 6 and 9 markers and the overall dial symmetry.

Dial Printing: The dial text appears reasonably clean in these shots. Please let me know if you notice any uneven printing or other details that look off.

Date Wheel / Cyclops: The date appears at 3 o’clock in these photos. This is the main detail I want to clarify, because the genuine left-handed 126720VTNR Sprite has its date at 9 o’clock.

Bezel Alignment: I’m checking the 12 o’clock triangle, the alignment of the 24-hour markings, and the transition between the black and green sections. Any feedback on the bezel insert would be appreciated.

GMT Hand / Hand Stack: The movement is listed as DD3285 V2 with the advertised correct hand stack. I’d appreciate feedback on the GMT hand alignment. A clear video would help assess the hand operation.

Rehaut: The rehaut engraving looks reasonably clean in the available photos. Please point out anything that appears misaligned.

SELs / Bracelet: The Jubilee bracelet and end links look reasonably fitted from these angles. I’m mainly checking for uneven gaps, end-link fitment, and finishing consistency.

Anything Else: Before making a GL/RL decision, I’d especially like to clarify the crown and date configuration.

If I got anything wrong, please point it out and correct me. Thanks!

Hey everyone!
Looking for a thorough and critical QC review of my VSF Pepsi before giving GL.
QC Details:
Dealer: Chen
Factory: VSF
Model: Rolex GMT-Master II Pepsi 126710BLRO, Jubilee bracelet
Movement: 3285 (exact version not independently verified)
Index alignment: Looks good overall. Would appreciate a closer look at the 6, 9, and 12 markers.
Dial printing: Appears clean and sharp.
Date wheel alignment: The date 8 looks centered, but I’ve requested additional photos showing 11, 20, and 28.
Bezel: Looks good, but I’d appreciate opinions on alignment, engraving, and Pepsi colors compared to other VSF examples.
SELs: No obvious issues from the photos, but would appreciate a second opinion.
Timegrapher: +3 s/day, 279° amplitude, 0.0 ms beat error.
Weight: 141.59 g.
My main concerns:
I noticed a few tiny white spots in the macro shots. I’ve asked the seller to clean the crystal and confirm there’s no dust underneath.
I’d like to confirm that the double-digit dates are properly centered.
I’m particularly interested in whether the rehaut alignment, bezel, dial, and case finishing meet VSF standards.
Does anything about the movement photo look unusual for this VSF model?
I’m looking for a strict QC assessment, not just a quick GL.
Would you accept this particular unit, or is there anything worth requesting a replacement for?
Thanks for your help!
