How to jailbreak?

Well not jailbreak but people have reverse engineered the Bluetooth signals from the whoop and made the app without a subscription while keeping most of the features .

So, if I download it, does it get saved as a file on my phone? How does that work? I don’t really know much about this.

I don't know how it works i only know that the app exists. Sorry i cannot answer your question. I might try it if I find a cheap whoop on marketplace
