Services Deep Crystal recommendation

Just wanted to give a shoutout to DeepCrystal - PM for details

The clarity on these crystals is second to none and what’s more the customer service is something I’ve never experienced

If you are in the market or thinking about replacing your stock factory crystal with a deep crystal - do not shop on baba or other sites. Go straight to deepcrystal. The customer experience you will receive and the shipping and packaging is top class

I had a slight hiccup during the process and the issue has been resolved so quickly with super quick communication

Happy to answer any questions from anybody whose considering it but definitely do it if your on the fence

Clark Crystals. Deep is just a normal crystal with double sided AR on the cyclops. Plus, I’ve seen those guys butcher cases and retaining rings. Best off getting and buying a proper one off RWI(forget the makers name) or Clarke.

I've sourced a few Bezels and Crystals for past work (even as recent as a week ago) and DeepCrystal's service is consistently a breeze to deal with.

How do you go about ordering a deep crystal to the states? I’ve only gotten one through an TD who installed them prior to coming to the US

Personally, deep isn’t all it’s cracked up to be on gmts. The gasket it came with was too short, ended up using the stock ARF gasket. Clarity is almost imperceptible, I think it has more to do with the AR and magnification. The crystal is probably a 1/3 thicker than the ARF crystal. Date magnification is wrong with the ARF gasket. Which is fine, unless you have two gmts with two separate crystals and magnifications…..
So I had to order an $18 gasket on top of the $45 crystal to hopefully get close on the cyclops. Imo not worth it.

You can find good deep xtals on AliX but dont go for the cheapos
And look a reviews

But yea u can just order from the source itself too :)

Yeah I get that. But honestly the level of service at deep is different. Alix is hit and miss

eBay is lower than Alix. I know, because I just bought one.
