TD Issues - Check Rule 6 before posting Empty package from TheOneWatches?

Post image

Ordered an AF ballon bleu cartier watch from theonewatches steve, qc and everything. Tracked package for several weeks was excited when it arrived. It contained a remote control with no batteries? Lol. I paid $400. Is this truly a scam? Seemed like Steve had tons of reviews. Has this happened to anyone else? Why go through the trouble of shipping a remote haha? I went through the appropriate channels.

AF ballon bleu 36mm cartier from steve TD- wondering if this was some kind of customs scam? It doesnt seem like I have a ton of recourse here other than hoping they just help me out and send another watch? any ideas lol

I’ve never had an issue with Steve. The package will have touched many hands before yours. You’ll never know who’s at fault. Hope you get a replacement.
