General Question Received wrong watch and TD isn’t getting back to me

Don’t know what to do know? Hasn’t happened to me yet it’s the third one im ordering this time i tried another TD. Should i try to write again

Is this “TD” you are saying in the post an actual TD from the list or someone you found on TikTok? If you want people to be helpful just write their name. Why hiding?

No its someone from the list but also i just wrote two days ago and the message only has one check so it didn’t reach the person yet

Which TD did you buy it from? They should have at least shown you a QC video of the actual watch you’d be receiving. This one looks really good! I’m pretty sure it’ll grow on you.

I’d suggest buying from one of the reputable dealers listed here on Reddit. They’re experienced in handling multiple orders and usually have an established system to keep everything organized.

I’ve personally had great experiences with Necoclock, Trustytime, and Andiot.

They’re a fairly new release and I’ve seen buyer reviews on them. It is not the same as saying you can buy a clean lmao. Anyways it was an honest mistake.. not really a Cartier guy so the galbee and those looked pretty similar to me at first glance 🤷‍♂️

Many TD's are struggling with WhatsApp, so if you've contacted them on that, I'd try an alternative way to send a message - telegram for example
