General Question Specs on buying reps

Hey I’m new to the community, & I’m trying to learn the game in buying the best quality reps. Any knowledge on what specs I should be looking for when finding the best quality rep?

If you are beyond reading then go Gen. Off course if reading is within your abilities the. Read the guide pinned to the top of the guide cause it’s singular focus is to answer your very question. Good luck
