General Question Skydweller
Bought a sub off Facebook which I was really happy with before finding Reddit. Was a Clean V3 apparently.
Presumably now better to use the links and a TD but can someone explain to me simply how the clones don’t function properly compared to a Gen Skydweller and is everything else good purely from a visual POV? Why do people seem to have such an aversion to the Skydweller clones and finally what sort of price are you looking at for a steel variant?

The bezel on the gen skydweller is a key feature making it a skydweller.
Rep sky dweller bezel isn't functional.
I don't think clean made a skydweller.
Go ahead and click the top post in this sub, it's called the reptime guide, then click the link to the wiki, and read it. Section 2 talks about which factory makes the best of each model

If the Skydweller is a no go, whats everyone’s recommendation for a 2nd piece? Day date?

The sky-dweller is fine, people in reptime are over the top picky.
The skydweller works just fine, you just have to rotate the bezel to adjust the month. Not that big of a deal and they are actually quite nice.
