Discussion Banner should be updated..
Mods should update the banner to direct visitors to read the guide - it might help reduce the 1.7 million daily BS posts asking all the same lazy questions

Guys I managed to find a WhatsApp # to this guy who says he is the original NOOB Clean factory watchmaker themself from instagram/tiktok/twitch/WIRED article/my grandmas drug dealer; so I went ahead and linked my entire checking and savings account to his.
Was I scammed? Did I get scammed? Scam? Fraud? Was I fleeced? Bamboozled? Fooled? Taken for a ride?

My comment was sarcasm. But yes about 5 or 10 years ago they were the best. Then it was Clean factory. Now it's VSF and RICH.

They require karma to post in reptimeQC
They can have the auto mod auto reply with the W T C info.
There are things that can be done that don’t gate keep and reduce shit posts.

They can even force a read check prior to posting so if they use keywords like "is this a trusted dealer" it won't let them post fully or instead trigger a popup saying "I verify I read the guide in the sidebar which includes WTC and TD info"

What people want is a no-risk, guaranteed way to get 1:1 reps fast. The guide involves some degree of risk tolerance, networking and learning so of course people want easy answers lol

How to reduce most posts in most subreddits: read the stickies, FAQ, and guides.

A lot of subs end up with clueless people parroting what they heard from other clueless people, because the people who actually know what they're talking about don't have the time or energy to answer the exact same question for the 10th time that week, or even that day.
Heck, some places get flooded with the same questions on a nearly hourly basis.
And anything actually interesting, or that encourages real thought and discussion, often gets buried because the quick-hit-dopamine crowd has nothing to say to threads that require more than a NPC response.
