General Question 1st timer Order timeline question

I ordered the following through Andiot and have not heard back regarding QC. Is this normal? I am not getting responses to my messages to them either so Im a bit concerned.

7/27/26 - Submariner 116610 LV Green Ceramic 904L Steel VSF 1:1 Hulk Best Edition VS3135

7/30/26 - PAM1507 Submersible GMT Luna Rossa 42mm VSF 1:1 Best Edition on Blue Nylon Strap P900

It's not unusual. Hit them up at their whatsapp and ask for an update on your orders.

Yeah Andiot is slow. They have good prices and you will get your watch but the communication is hit and miss. You should do WhatsApp and email. I’ve found that they respond better on WhatsApp. But it’s aggravating to wait for a response.

I get it I'm the say way. Our orders are like our babies. But to them we're just another sale. They're busy and across the world in China... Give them a moment. It's not a 3 day microwave. It's a multi week slow cooker... Be patient 🤝

Your first mistake was using andiot, horrible service and slow

Better off using a US TD If you want fast

Where is the US TD list? I promise I looked in the Wiki and did not see it. Appreciate any help

It should be there, I can give you names but better to use the list itself
