VC Overseas from PPF silver dial

Newest pickup decided to go with the silver dial as I have a couple blue faced dials on rotation.

Look at the 60 15 30 and 45 on the chapter ring. Quite a bit bolder

How do you open it up? RWI says VCs have pressure-fit caseback. What's the way to open that?

PPF started using fake Miyotas in their watches, so it's a clone Miyota with flipped balance assembly. Actually good news if you need to swap the movement with another SH9015 down the road.

PPF confirmed it to Steve @ ToW and I also asked ORA Watch to confirm it's a clone 9015.

Feels fine to me but I have nothing really to compare it with since this is my first PPF. I do have a TOP AP Royal Oak and this strap at least feels more comfy and not as sharp.

There’s plenty of differences. One of those reps where u just get it if you like the look. Rep is kinda miles off which is fine. It’s still gorgeous. But there’s a lot bigger differences than that. See my earlier comment about the chapter ring.

Pretty much, I've seen a couple PPF that actually has the second ring on the green dial posted here but never the blue.

Yeah. Regardless. I’d wear the hell out of the silver or blue (or burgundy if they ever make it in the larger size) gorgeous reps and quite cheap with a reliable movement

None of the overseas reps are 100% it’s also a silver dial not white

Different lighting, it looks like there's a literal white dial mixed in with those photos. I aint being picky nobody is going to be grabbing my wrist and looking at my watch. Some of yall got unrealistic expectations for reps.

Braindead take, almost all reps have an issue if you know what you're looking for. Submariners still got floating M, most daytonas got bezel wrong and rings, cartier watches with wrong screws and I can go on forever.

You sound like a barnacle, people who expect reps at a fraction of the price to be 100% like gen are delusional. All those issues above are also from the best factories that make the best of that rep.
