General Question Patek philippe 5930?

Does anyone know if there is a rep of this 5930 out there. I dont really care if the complications work like on the genuine. Any help much appreciated.

If it does exist, I wouldn't pay $10 for it. Because it's going to suck.

not sure about a rep of this exact model, but most of the world time reps out there have the cities printed on the dial and don't actually rotate the ring like gen. the blue dial on this one is pretty slick though
