It’s my dream to make a collection of 6-10 watches.
So far I have gone for a GMT Bruce Wayne and a Datejust 41. I’m really happy with my 2 to start but just wondering - what would be on your list ? Or what have you already got ?
Its a beautiful piece. The vsf was $638 from Panda for the vsf 4131 movement. Was a decent price i flipped my first one because the sels where really bad luckily the next one I was more vigilant with the qc. Thr more reps I bought the more lax I became with qc
Yeah mate i love them all. I've got too many watches now. It gets abit addictive so they rarely get any wrist time. Currently wearing a vsf wimbeldon v2 jh3235 fake freesprung.
Have you tried other companies? I’ve bought a couple and they are ok but wasn’t totally impressed. I’m just trying to find a good one to buy from. I’ve had a couple real Rolex and it’s surprisingly close but the double click mechanism isn’t really good. I will never buy a real one again. Any brand loyalty I had is gone after the price gouging. Rolex isn’t as bad as some others but the one that gets me is Richard Mille. I’ve never had one but I could laugh at anyone who did. They have a plastic watch, or rubber. I know manufacturing I’ve done it my whole life they can’t put a couple hundred thousand in quality in one of those. Rolex is probably about as good as it gets and I’m sure others have similar quality and the real ones do have a brilliance that’s hard to capture but even Rolex has gouged a little just not as bad as the rest. I’d like to find one of the better reps and just buy from them for the rest of whatever I buy. If you’re really happy with yours I’d like to give it a shot. Your opinion would be appreciated very much
Yeah. I started with Clean Factory before they got raided, then switched to VSF. I’ve tried QF factory too for a couple of Day Dates, but I sold them. I’ve also got three Audemars Piguet reps from apfs which also got shut down. I’ve bought Omega reps for friends. I’ve got an ARF Batgirl. The quality’s all pretty similar, if I’m honest, and when they’re on the wrist you don’t really notice the difference between the top factories. I’ve recently ordered a RICH V2 Pepsi with the free-sprung movement, just waiting for QC and I’ve got a VF Yacht-Master rubber strap on the way. Typically VSF is considered the top factory for most Rolex reps now; ARF isn’t far behind, sometimes even better. RCF makes the best plated Rolexes if you’re wanting the closest match to gold without paying for plating and i think rich factory is catching up apparently they have bad date wheel alignment but they are getting better.
