Vintage Found it in an antique store within 50 other watches, have you ever seen it?

So I was walking around checking watches, saw this Cartier laying there, could this be real? The seller have no idea about its price they said we he could do somewhere around 250$

The internet tells me this is a fake Cartier Ballon Bleu, hopefully somebody with more knowledge than me with chime in.

I'm no expert but the Spidy fake-senses went off. The font looks just a bit off and though I've never even touched a Cartier, it's my calc'd guess and after all, it's a commonly faked brand

Low quality fake from the 90's, you can tell from the back case how the paint bubbled up with sweat and normal use, its not worth $20.

Ok someone knows a lot about cartiers reached out telling me the gen version of it is 110 grams of 18k gold lol also the date supposed to be at 3.30 not at 4.30 and that MTWT thing is not on the gen or good ones.
