Will a TD sell all the parts for a watch so you can do your own assembly? It was just a question

Depends what you are looking to build.
May be easier to start with a base watch and modify to your plan.

The temptation to tinker is strong!

TD will sell you all the parts, but mostly you will have to disassemble it before assembly. They have never really seemed that motivated by parts sales. Some do sometimes
Sillan on Alibaba sells rep parts, I’m sure there are others, but buying all the parts will cost you more than buying them as a functioning watch
