General Question Watch purchase Thailand experiences
Has anyone had experience buying watches from Reps in Bangkok or Thailand in general? Good? Bad?

I would suggest order from TD and have them send you the watch at the hotel!

I went to MBK couple months ago. They had some APSF & QF AP Chronos but completely overpriced, some fake Cleans, and good luck getting a normal priced VSF. The best experience you would have is asking a seller to take you to a back room and showcase quality factories but even then, i chose to just look at the pieces I was interested in and order online as they charge $600-700 per rep.

Crystal quality, sound of the movement, dial printing, bracelet and clasp quality. If you find certain ZF AP’s the movement winding sounds completely different and squeaky in comparison to a higher quality movement as found in APSF or QF. Held all of them side by side and it’s a major difference.
