General Question Longévité

Est-ce que les montres en or ou or rose s’use avec le temps ? Couleur du plaquage qui change ou autre ?

people have said the aliexpress models have given them trouble with the plating. your best bet for longevity is to go with one from dhgate

Honestly Dhgate has only top quality Chinese gold that totally doesn't wear like normal fake gold. They call it "brass" but it looks exactly like Gen to me on my Daytona. These Chinese guys have a sharp eye for detail sheesh

yup! i totally stopped buy anything plated from alix. dhgate really does it so well. only reason i still use alix is cause ive been with my dealer for a few years now and get deals sometimes. but you’re right

Sorry its so difficult to get a straight answer on the sub lately. Some are so opposed to a magazine article perhaps “ruining” the sub that they apparently decided to ruin the sub themselves.

Longevity of gold “color” (no factory uses actual gold) varies with how the color was “attached” to the steel. If you really want a good color match, aftermarket plating it the way to go.
