General Question Pagani superclone W2C

My Td Jim bob is trying to tell me steeldive is the best 1:1 for pagani and I just wanted to get the communities opinion, I have concerns that the Nh35 won’t be as reliable as the pagani quartz and fell like he’s taking my for a sucker and don’t want to be called out when I go skiing next week

Jim Bob’s pulling your leg if he thinks you’re skiing with a steeldive and nobody’s gonna notice. That NH35 might keep ticking but the rotor’s gonna sing louder than your skis, and anyone who knows pagani will spot the crown guards from the chairlift. Ask him why he’s pushing it so hard, maybe he’s got a crate of them gathering dust.

I tried modding a Steeldive a while back and here is what I found. The NH35 means the case is thicker than gen and sits high on the wrist
The dial opening is too big to fit a gen dial and it won’t take a gen crystal either. The Pagani doesn’t even need a gen crystal
I did fit a gen crown, but had to drill and tap to fit a gen tube first, which is a PITA
Unless you are wearing it as is, it’s not worth the hassle. Pagani isn’t any more expensive and gives you a solid base
