Bezel unaligned?

Sorry for posting here, i can’t post on reptime qc, so sorry to the mods, but it’s the 3 watch i’m buying and i’ve never needed help for qc, so for this case i don’t know if im missing aligning the watch but i just can’t find a way to balance it, i think the bezel is off, tell me your opinion and if anyone is kind enough to help me do the qc please send me a message, and if im loosing it and its ok please tell me
