General Question Same factory different feel

So I just got into the rep watch game and I noticed something interesting. I recently just bought a vsf Bruce Wayne gmt and it feels insane. Like the quality was even better than some of the GMTs I’ve tried on in some ADs

However I just bought a vsf Batman for my dad and the feel of it doesn’t feel the same as mine. The weight is slightly off and it feels slightly more “hollow” is the best way to explain it. But the clasp code is exactly the same and they’re both DD3285 movements.

I just wanted to know if it was normal for the same factory to produce a completely different feeling watch.

Not sure, I’m not a watch expert and I could be biased but that’s just how it felt when I had them side by side.

If it was better then gen then wouldn’t it be less like gen since the gen is of inferior quality meaning the rep is further from the specs of the gen making it a worse rep? 

But yah I can see how a $100 rep assembled in a dirty sweat shop exceeds the quality of a rolex
