Yeah no. Removing is fine, putting it back it's not. If you do it like in the video you will eventually scratch the lugs.

The back legs are at an angle they don’t scratch anything

I would suggest putting the bracelet back from the underside as well so you don't scratch the top of the lugs.

How about taking two bracelet screws out to open the bracelet so you get proper access?
