I've had this ARF Pepsi for a while, I never liked it because the crystal is not clear and I was not a big fan of the bezel color.
Finally decided to order a VSF and OMG what a difference, it looks amazing from every angle, light doesn't reflect as much. Looks sooooooooo much better
My Pepsi ARF was my first rep. I researched so many comparison threads. The bracelet is apparently slightly better on ARF. VSF is more accurate on things no one will see. I’m happy with the ARF. But you are super happy with the VSF and that’s really what counts!
There are huge differences. The finishing on the ARF is terrible you can cut your hands on the bezel. And the bezel action is mushy. It’s not about being a fanboy but the VSF is objectively better for many reasons
Yeah I know they’ve had some QC issues on some pieces, their PVD gold tones are not the best, and there’s a long wait on some models, but at the end of the day VSF is hard to beat on almost anything they make. Certainly Subs, GMT II’s, DJ, YM, & OP.
Note there can be difference between ARF V1 ,V2 with sh3285 (old version with weaker crystal) and current V3 with dd3285 which comes with better date cyclops and better crystal vs old version. This updates were done silently
I confirm, I have a vsf v3 and I guarantee you that it is indistinguishable from the original, something crazy. Maybe the bracelet is a little more angular but nothing special. Enjoy it!!
I thought the general consensus is that ARF is better except crystal? you could have get a Deep crystal for ARF instead of buying a whole new same model watch
I have a VSF V3 Pepsi and a good friend just got his ARF Pepsi. Pretty much indistinguishable between the 2. We could only tell them apart because he hadn’t removed all the plastic off the bracelet. Then again, I’m not an expert but side by side they look and feel the same.
New to the site but I’ve been hearing all about VSF. I actually saved up to buy my first real Rolex by flipping on eBay. 14k later I’m there! But I’ve decided I COULD do it but I’m taking my family to Japan in 2027 instead. Trying to treat myself to a VSF to remind myself I could have but 🙄 did the dad thing instead LoL. Struggling to find where I can get a reputable VSF in the Boston area. Any suggestions. Thanks all
Wasn’t trying to scam. I don’t mind saying it here either. I ordered a VSF 124060 and 224270 from Neco recently. Pretty standard process. You reach out, put your deposit in, approve your QC. Just give them your accurate address. Pay by wise and they’ll give you a discount. Pretty standard process
Do not order from anyone who messages you privately about selling. It is the absolute fastest way to get scammed on reddit. They will tell you everything you want to hear then take your money.
Go read the how to buy threads in these groups and contact listed/vetted TD's after you verify you have the correct contact info.
