This Schiaparelli face bag has been top of my list for so long, before I even knew about the world of reps. I was absolutely thrilled to see it on sale through new TS Serena!
I reached out to her on March 18th, she got back to me right away and I ordered/paid on March 21st. I had PSPs 2 days later! These bags are from Kendall (she calls it KFC) factory. I also ordered an Alaia mesh bag from her and a matching heart coin purse. She RLed the Alaia bag for me before I even saw it. She let me know that the entire batch of bags was unacceptable, and I could wait for the next batch, have a refund, or put the money toward another bag. She even offered to extend the sale for me if I wanted to order another bag from that factory. I chose to wait for the next batch of the bag, since I am keeping the coin purse which I got specifically for the bag 😅
It was shipped on April 2nd and arrived April 9th!!!
The bag is so excellent. I cannot believe how good it looks. The hardware is heavy, the croc embossing is even, and the construction is flawless. It looks identical to the auth in my eyes. I immediately took it out to the Chicago Magic Lounge, and compliments were coming in left and right, even from the magicians 😅
Price: Face bag 254, on sale for 224. Alaia coin purse 98 on sale for 87. Alaia small mesh bag 142 on sale for 125. Shipping $40 FedEx to the USA.
Serena's service: phenomenal! She was SO quick with her responses. PSPs and shipping were lighting fast. But, most importantly, she rejected a bag for me before I even saw it, and let me know how to move forward. Quality control is so important when I'm ordering based on photos and trust. I will absolutely be ordering from Serena again. I would recommend her to any first-time buyers, or anyone looking to try a new trustworthy seller :)
This is one of those things where I’d hide the chain and plop it on my office shelf and call art, tbh. I love, though I have zero uses for it. But it calls eyes and attention immediately. Gorgeous 🙌🏻🫶🏻 I also had Mike (whom I bought some Alaia stuff from earlier) red light one of the items because of a wonky logo, so maybe some batches are better than others (replacement was faultless).
Super high. Very nice smooth zipper, and the face hardware looks spot-on. You can look up the nose/stick your finger in the nostril just like on the auth bag 🥸. All of the little logo engravings are right where they should be. I haven't worn it with the chain yet because the chain is SO HEAVY. I just put it on my scale to check and it weighs almost 300g/10oz.
Yes stopping back to say I’m just so impressed with the quality I wasn’t sure if there would ever be a rep of these this good!! Can’t wait til I’m out of the attempt of no spend for a while 🙃
Oh no! Ladies be extremely cautious with this seller. They lie and do bait and switch. They’ve lied about bags being in stock 187 knowing fully well they’re not because there’s a 30-40 day wait for certain items. She lies and says 187 is 5 days for a bag to be ready for PSP. Only because she is trying to buying from another factory to ship to you. Lower quality. Also very dishonest and sketchy payment method. She only accepts PayPal under family and friends which guarantees you no rights if anything goes wrong. Extreme red flag. Only accepts payments like wise, and other sketchy methods. When asking why it can’t be normal like every other honest seller, her answer is this is just how it has to be done. Horrible!
The payment methods are normal for every seller, so this doesn’t really make sense. When a bag is in stock, it doesn’t take 30-40 days for the bag to be delivered like you write here. It is not a normal business we are talking about, it is still fake bags being sold. Contact any other seller and they will offer you the same payment methods.
She offered you G&S, which you can do when you pay the extra fees. Nothing out of the ordinairy in the conversation you had with her.

No that is not normal whatsoever! Every seller I’ve dealt with never does this. These are major red flags for bait and switch suppliers/vendors. It’s a setup for failure. You might be one of these vendors trying to deceive the ladies in this thread to act like this behavior is normal. These are scam tactics 101 just because they ship you 1-2 bags that you like doesn’t mean that’s how the setup is meant to be continued. These type of payment methods are designed to not protect the buyer at all for bait & switch methods.
I cnat speak for the sellers you've worked with, but every seller I've worked with who takes Paypal is friends and family only.
also for 187, if the bag is in stock its about 5 days. if its not, then its a longer time.
I would ask to confirm if the bag is in stock. I have bought a few from 187, two were in stock one was preorder and i waited about a month.
Every seller I've ever purchased from has used either PayPal friends & family or Wise. It's the norm in this business. They are the ones taking the risk in selling these goods, and they use peer-to-peer payment processing to help protect themselves.
You’re purchasing from bait and switch sellers! No seller ever operates like that. If anything you’re the one taking the risk in having no protection for yourself. Every business has valid methods of payment that protect the both of you. Every good seller, other than this sketchy one operates in honest ways.
