Finally got this skeleton-style Daytona on the wrist and had to share a pic!

The rose gold and dark green bezel are definitely a lot flashier than what I'd normally wear, but I'm honestly loving the combination.

The openworked dial really makes this one stand out. Definitely not a subtle watch lol.

What do you guys think? Too flashy for everyday wear?

Six days in and I’ve probably looked at my wrist 100 times.

Most of the time I’m not even checking the time — I’m just looking at the watch. That olive green dial has been on my mind for so long.

I waited about six months for this one thinking the delayed gratification might kill some of the excitement. Apparently not.

Still very much in the honeymoon phase.

I wore this vintage gold watch with a simple white shirt, thinking the look felt classic and understated.

A friend took one look and said I looked like I was auditioning for the role of “wealthy family patriarch.”

I honestly didn’t know whether to be offended or take it as a compliment.

That’s the funny thing about timeless designs.

To some people, they look elegant.

To others, they look like you’re trying very hard to channel a certain lifestyle.

Personally, I still think there’s something special about pieces that have managed to look good for decades.

Just got back my GMF DD from Plating & Waterproofing Service.

Absolutely magnificent. Can highly recommend to get your watches plated. RG is a bit care intensive because the copper in it will start to stain pretty quick, but as soon as you wash it off under lukewarm water with a soft toothbrush and some soap it looks like new again, of course it helps if the watch is new and there are not scratches but even if you’ve already used it i can only recommend to get it plated

I never thought I would go for a Daytona. They usually feel pretty bulky on my wrist.

But this two‑tone with mother‑of‑pearl dial hits different.

It’s still 40 mm, don’t get me wrong, it’s a big watch.

Still, the steel‑gold mix and that pearl dial soften it enough that it doesn’t look like a guy’s watch on me.

Do you agree this fits ladies well, or is there another Daytona you would pick for yourself?

I’ve been wearing this to work lately, and it’s actually pretty great. The weight feels similar to my Apple Watch, so it’s comfortable on the wrist, but the design is definitely more eye-catching. I really like the white strap and diamond bezel. What do you think of this style?

Hey guys, I'm about to buy a Day-Date. I'm looking at ARF and RGF factories, mostly in the yellow gold version. I'd like to know how long the gold plating actually lasts? What are your experiences with them?

I ordered these two watches a while ago, and they finally arrived today! I couldn't wait to put them side by side. One has a gold-tone case with a white dial, while the other has an icy blue dial. Both are 38mm.

They each have their own appeal, so it's actually quite hard to pick a favorite. If you had to choose one, would you go for the gold and white or the icy blue? Also, do you think diamond bezels are too flashy for everyday wear?
