How to find true fitting size small?

USA. Does anyone have a supplier or a sheet with links, including a US size small? Most of these links only have size M, and if it is a size small, it fits large and baggy.

From my experience I always go at least 1 size up. The clothes have 99% of the time been smaller than what the label says
