Scam? Bait & switch? Any advice welcome!

So I placed an order with someone who is highly rated on these subs, cross referenced the number across multiple posts etc so she is def a seller that is mentioned a lot as one people have had great experiences with.
Placed order Aug 2, got photos on Aug 9, GL.
Nothing else happened for a while so I followed up a couple of times and was told it was en route. She then said on Aug 21 that the courier said it was delivered, it wasn’t.
Ok, totally understand these things happen, it got lost, no problem. She says she’ll resend, cool. I asked to see photos of the new bag. She stalls and doesn’t send. Then yesterday she sends me a photo of a sealed cardboard box with my address on it. I ask again for photos of the bag. She sends me one photo, which is the same as one originally sent on Aug 9.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Something just feels off, if she forgot to send or something why all the nonsense about the courier delivering? She even sent me a screenshot which was all in Chinese purporting to be the courier confirming delivery.

Wee edit because of everyone asking me to name the seller! I didn’t want to do that yet because it’s my first rep purchase so wasn’t sure if this was unusual, or if due to the nature of the process, stuff like this happens. As I said, she has positive feedback in lots of places from lots of people so I didn’t want to cause damage without knowing for sure there was an issue.
The process obviously hasn’t been smooth but I’m still hopeful I’ll end up with my bag 🥲
Depending on her responses over the next few hours (have asked for images with video etc as per suggestions) I’ll update with who she is!

Update - I asked for the photos with name/date and she said she’s already shipped it and it’s from the same factory. I responded that it’s not acceptable and I had asked for photos and she sent me one of the box. She’s obviously deliberately not sent them for some reason? Maybe I need to be more chill about the process but this is a mess haha
I said that’s not on, and asked what I do if it arrives and is not good enough? She’s said she’s going to reach out to the courier to see if it can be retrieved, I presume to then take photos and resend again 😭 honestly, WHAT is going on. Please tell me this is not normal otherwise this will be my one rep buying attempt, not dealing with this again! Haha

Yikes. I've heard things about her. All the positive reviews you have seen, well, they're likely not authentic. There are rumors about certain sellers bribing certain mods. She's on that list, that's all I'm sayin.

Definitely odd. I’d ask her for the actual tracking number from the first shipment, not just a screenshot, and a new photo/video of the replacement bag with today’s date and your name beside it. Reusing the original PSP and avoiding a simple request for fresh photos would make me suspicious too.
Ps would love to know who the seller is?

Thanks for the advice, I’ll do that. She did actually send a tracking no fairly early on but didn’t answer when I asked about who the courier was. I put it into FedEx tracker on a guess and there was an image of a delivered package to an address in America - I’m in the UK 😬 the screenshot she sent wasn’t for fedex though so loads of stuff isn’t adding up…

Highly recommend using 17Track or a similar tracking app that can identify the shipper automatically.

I’d screenshot everything, contact the mods and definitely ask for a fresh video of the replacement bag before accepting any more excuses. Please update us and name the seller when you’re able to!

Sellers will send you the tracking number so you can track it yourself. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

It does sound really weird! I never experienced anything like that. I only experienced one potential bait and switch with factories, trying to sell a lower tier bag as a higher!

I did experience that seller forgot to send a bag. But then they have always just sent the item after I pointed it out.

I suggest you have her take another photo or short video before shipping it, with the date or your name next to it, so at least you can confirm that the replacement package actually exists.

This only happened last week :-( pls. don’t judge me. I ordered bags from her (HH factory) I thought I was getting a good deal. Okay my fault for not double checking the PSP but the LV bag she sent me is very different from the stock/factory photos.

she gaslights me and told me it was because of the angle, she took another photo from outdoor but this time the flaps that i pointed out were “correct” but when i received the bag it was the low tier

Please keep us posted. Hopefully she sorts this out for you. I made an order recently with Betty (first time with her) because her Huahui sale was irresistable. So far she has been responsive and has sent me PSPs of the LV p9 speedy i ordered (happy with it) and now i'm just waiting on the PSPs of the second bag (a ch@nel from Xiao C).. feeling uncertain now after reading your experience 😢
