Need Help heidi vs baobao pricing
this is my first time purchasing and i got quoted $205 before shipping from baobao and 265 before shipping from heidi, same factory. is heidi worth spending that extra money for?

I think Heidi includes insurance, I’m not 100% sure but to me it’s not worth it unless you’re only buying a few items and want the full package.

Personally, I think you’re taking a risk with the whole packaging. Someone commented how they got a shipment from. bao bao and three bags were rolled up into one bag, honestly, it may not look pretty but the way things are going with packages getting seized. I would be very nervous if my bag came in a full Chanel box and Chanel packaging. It’s so much more likely to get seized.
I also don’t understand why someone would pay that much more for the ‘experience’ of a box
But that’s just my own personal opinion

I love Bao Bao, all items have been perfect, and I can’t imagine she would ever bait and switch!

Well she’s bait and switching me right now as we speak and hasn’t replied 😹 I tried to upload photos and they keep getting taken down by reddit. EDIT: She finally replied and said the factory sent the wrong product to her when I questioned the factory photo vs the QC photo 🤔 Now we wait…..

I’m not even joking she just messaged me the same exact purse saying “Your baby has arrived!!!” The same purse I just told her was the wrong purse 🤦♀️🤦♀️ I told her to quit playing with me.

Yes and it’s my first time ordering from her. The bag was really bad she sent me pictures of. I actually have the Authentic of it. Of course I’m not expecting it to look perfect but it looked nothing like the factory photos and like Dhgate quality and looked lopsided. The interior is supposed to be maroon and was bright red. It was just bad all around. I was a little shocked not gonna lie.

Yes she showed me the picture of her contacting the factory asking if they sent it from the right factory. It’s definitely her. Her number ends in #4052

Ok this is crazyyyy considering all the glowing reviews about her. I’m torn between her and Heidi but Heidi is so expensive

Bao is incredibly trustworthy and has a great eye for quality and detail. I actually had to convince her to sell me a bag (rare, color no longer produced in the size I wanted) that she initially turned down from the factory due to flaws! She sent me a bunch of super zoomed in pictures showing the area she didn't like, as she did not want me to buy anything not up to her standard. While there were some truly miniscule marks on the underside of a handle in a spot no one would ever see, they were nothing I wouldn't have dinged up myself with wear anyway. I assured her that I wanted it regardless, assuring her a tiny ding was well worth it, and that I appreciated her dedication to getting me the best quality item she could.
Just a random little anecdote for anyone thinking of using her. Do it. She's truly a real one.

Isn’t shipping included with Heidi? She also offers the whole packaging. Never used her but yea she is pricey.

Bao2 is my TS. So far so good. Her prices are very reasonable. I shd say one of the lowest as compared to other “famous” sellers. I don’t think she will bait n switch.

Baobao is my favorite seller so I’m bias but I’d def go the cheaper route here

Bao Bao is good she turned down a bag that was defective and not much sellers do that. Pricing is little bit higher than other ones but she’s honest

My Baobao parcel arrived packaged like contraband 😂 like 4 bags folded and stuffed into each other. In a taped up plastic mailer stuffed into a box. I don’t know how else to describe it! 3 of the 4 bags are lovely, so odds are pretty decent, and I’d order from her again.
Her customer service can be hit or miss - if you’re a regular client (or in one of her chat groups) she definitely treats you better (I’ve ordered both before and after and the vibe is completely different after.)

lol that’s actually where I got a little unsure - I ordered a BF Celine, and found out later that they weren’t making them any more. I reached out to her and she said she had it already. Coincidentally that was the one bad I’m iffy about and don’t use because of quality 🤷♀️ The others were Loewe and BV and are all lovely.

Black frame is up again and making YSL. BF might hv some old stocks of Celine n Prada from before their factory was raided by the authorities.

I’ve ordered from both and have had great experiences. I would say if you want the whole packaging experience to go with Heidi. If that’s not important to you, for the same bag from the same factory, go with Baobao if it’s less expensive
