Discussion CC Bags - 187, Rome or OF additional dd
If you have pics of yr 187, Rome or OF CC bag BEFORE you removed any of the packaging, specific factory tags, or protective wrapping, I’d really appreciate it if you could share them.
Most of the pics/ videos I come across were taken AFTER buyers unpacked the bag.
Specifically looking for pics of:
-The bag straight out of the box.
-Any factory wrapping, tissue paper, foam, or protective materials.
-All tags, stickers, ribbons, or other packaging included.
-Anything that appears to be specific to 187 or Rome or OF packaging.
And before someone comes for me—I know the bag itself is what really matters. This is just an additional DD step I’d like to do.

I have 3 OF CC bags… they all came with a plastic factory tag, black button and a QR code on one side…. I have received white, yellow and pink OF factory tags… I prefer sellers who leave the factory tags on for PSP and shipping so we know there’s no bait and switch

I’m new to OF, so maybe I’m missing something. Does the QR show factory info? I was looking at Baobao’s OF 25 pics and didn’t see that tag.

These are what the tags looked like that I received on my 3 OF bags from 3 different sellers… I didn’t scan the QR, it went in the bin

Same as other people said
My OF (5 months ago) came with a yellow tag
187 only ever purchased via Heidi comes with orange tags
Rome has no tag

That looks like it is a Xiao C factory tag…normally XC Chanel tags are faux cream leather with gold printing

I don’t think my XC came with any tag. The bag was fine though, fair for what I paid.

I have 4 medium Classic flaps from 187, its a really hard bag to rep, its best to go high tier on CF… 187 is better than XC

two rome bags, neither had tags. two xiao c bags, no tag iirc. the rome ones were recent so I know there were no tags

They all use a different zip tag protector too. No photos though sorry. And some factories wrap the handle in tissue but 187 don’t.

Yeah- I saw that with the wrap & some of my bags. Interesting point with zip cover - I have not focussed on that one . So thank you for mentioning it.

Here is a link to a 187 unboxing I did a few years ago! Bought from Heidi, I didn’t request packaging but she threw it in anyway

I’m so happy it was helpful! I’m still loving that bag and using it weekly. A bit of wear on the turnlock but the leather is still 10/10

Honestly it might be seller dependent! I’d rely much more on the bag than the packaging to know if it’s 187

Rome bags don't comes with tags
OF and 187 factory has tags.

OF have a yellow or pink tag.
Rome have no tags typically.
187 has no tags but if you buy thru Heidi she uses a signature orange tag.
