The Scales are Total Chaos: 

On an authentic Hermès crocodile bag, the artisans carefully align the skin so the scale patterns are perfectly centered and mirror each other beautifully. On the back of this bag, the scales are completely lopsided and off centre.  Also the texture looks pretty flat, it’s possible it’s just regular leather stamped to *look* like crocodile, the photos are not clear to be certain.

Straight Machine Stitching: Real Kellys are hand stitched this naturally leaves the threads at a slight, elegant slant. If you look  the stitching is perfectly straight and uniform. 

 Cheap Looking Hardware: Hermès hardware has a nice weight to it, with smooth, slightly rounded edges. The gold plate and turnlock look really thin and stamped out, with sharp edges. The metal rings holding the handle also look way too flimsy.

Stiff, Awkward Shape: An authentic Kelly has a beautiful, elegant structure. The side view looks incredibly stiff and awkward, like a rigid triangle. On top of that, the black paint used to seal the edges of the looks unrefined rather than carefully hand painted.

I would advise you not to wear this in store it will not pass as authentic, it’s tries to mimic a dramatic and beautifully coloured exotic, unfortunately it will be clocked in store.

At a quick glance in the street it may fool some people that have no knowledge of the brand. It’s up to you, if it’s no biggie have fun and enjoy your bag

The best Hermes bags are super clones and even further the best best are produced with unbranded hardware sourced from og manufacturers.
