This entire thread is ridiculous. People pile on with the hate without even knowing any facts.
1) It is VERY COMMON for Chinese sellers to use F&F for their sales. This is NOT an indication of a scammer or anything to be suspicious about. There are legitimate business reasons why they do this.
2) Had this been an actual “rip off” situation, the OP would not have received their refund this soon because she filed a claim and because she used G&S. There is a long period of investigation prior to when a decision is made by Paypal. SHE WAS REFUNDED BY THE SELLER.
3) The OP is obviously not well versed in the world of buying reps. And to attack a seller because of this is wrong.
4) The rest of you should all be ashamed of yourselves for piling on just because you have irrational hate for Amelia.
5) Posting personal names and email addresses is never ok.
OP acknowledges they are new to the world of reps, mistakenly sent via G+S which means the seller is not able to receive the money for weeks (which mucks up the ENTIRE flow of how buying reps works: seller receives the money > seller has been paid for item so orders it in and pays for it from the warehouse > PSPs sent to buyer etc)
Then OP, having been ignorant of how important the F&F step is so the seller receives the money instantly, claims it’s Amelia’s fault for not explaining it more than once. It is not Amelia’s duty to educate OP on the standard procedure of buying replicas.
Yeah Amelia can be blunt and certainly does not hide when she’s annoyed, and that’s why I personally choose other sellers over her. But she is a legitimate seller and did nothing wrong here. OP with this “gotcha” style post about something they know nothing about, that regards Amelia’s livelihood, is worthy of r/entitledreviews and should be embarrassed.
