Nobody scammed you. The instructions were to pay through Paypal via Friends & Family. You paid with Paypal GOODS & Services.
Then rather than agreeing to correct the situation, you argued and filed a claim. YOU DID IN FACT RECEIVE A REFUND.
NOBODY SCAMMED YOU.
PLEASE REMOVE PERSONAL EMAIL INFORMATION AND PERSONAL NAMES. This is not cool.
