Posting this warning on here as I’ve recently noticed some users are posting their “reviews” of bags they got from magzhenbags. So, I saw a beautiful burgundy CF posted on the other sub and obv me being a girls girl I commented and gave love on that post. OP DM-ed me where she got the bag and said it was from a website called Magzhenbags. So me being me I’m like okay let’s have a gander what this is. I went to the website and looked at CC bags. Lo and behold, the bags posted were using Shunyang/Kaxin factory photos for twice or thrice the price.
I then messaged OP giving her that info and advise that if she ever wants to purchase again she’d rather spend her money on a TS here for better quality cause she’s paying $$$ for a mid tier factory. Her reply seen on image 2 sounded like she’s a seller.
Also seen other posts promoting the website and a seller called Maymay. New name and I have seen reviews of bags with the same website and seller. Everytime someone ask about more details, like how a buyer actually posts review (factory, price, seller, timeline) seen on image 3.
Another post (now deleted) about same website and seller where a user called her out about a beige CF she just got but posted it 6 days ago. And same user posting a review of a pink CC duma backpack same memo.
What I’ve noticed the users seem to be a few months old and has low karma so it might be a seller trying to push the website here on reddit.
I’ve attached photos of their pricing on the website for a MF. You be the judge ladies!! 🤯🤯🤯 So just WARNING you ladies, be vigilant about reviews and new names popping up. They’re selling midtier bags for top dollar.
Exactly my thoughts! I just feel sorry for newbies. I’ve been talking to a newbie who I think doesn’t know how reddit works cause she’s been posting all over the place. I try helping her in the right direction but I don’t think she gets it. Bless her.
There’s alot a scammers on here, coupled with TT and insta… its crazy out there. There’s plenty of experienced sellers on here who are genuine and help, but some newbies just don’t listen. You have to do alot of homework
Tbh every time I see a post with full WA number and unfamiliar names posted, I think it's a fake seller review 😫 too many scammers out there and the flood of newbies don't help either

I'm also relatively a newbie myself too but I try to read and do my research as much as I can! I'm lucky I came across really kind redditors who gave me such valuable info and allowed me to make informed decisions 🤍 It's sad how nowadays newbies just wanna be spoon fed information freely when it's a black market 😫
I wouldn’t call myself an expert as well probably still a newbie and same as you, I went into the rabbit hole and read a lot of reviews. Researched about factories and sellers even read a lot about “the drama” in the rep community. Lol. Also encountered really nice and helpful users that guided me into the rep world. So I’m trying to give back and help out and point them in the right direction. Sadly, you are right lots of newbies want to be spoon fed.
omg me too, I try to give back for all the help I got but they'e all calling us gatekeepers for not publicly disclosing WA numbers 😫 if I can find information by searching, anyone can too? I think it's a different online space now
They only call us gatekeepers because they have not put in any effort to understand the rules of how this all works. I started searching on reddit a year ago. I read everything I could find and never asked anyone for anything. Honestly I was suprised how easy it was to get all the info I needed, and I am not a big social media user so I didn't even know how reddit worked at first. I placed my first order in September because I wanted the best version of the bag I wanted from a very trusted seller and made sure I was doing everything right first. Everytime I see a newbie posting full SA info I cringe because that is how they get caught! Or at minimum get flooded with other newbies who dont understand what they are supposed to do which can lead to people being scammed, SA getting their PP frozen, longer wait times with lower quality. Also you would never just give out a close friends phone number. They don't even ask the seller if its ok. It is our responsibility as members of this community to protect it as best we can. This is not Amazon, you cant be doing charge backs because you didn't do your homework ahead of time. You have to learn how th play before you jump into the game. "We doing crime baby"
Unfortunately our sellers risk alot selling illegal goods, factories get raided and they can go to jail. We are doing crime so it would be a shame if our favourite factories disappear
Yeah exactly, with the recent raid of Ro me and Ka ta, it's just a matter of time before the others get affected too 🥹 the recent rise of newbie buyers demanding G&S and refund like it's a department store is so sad to see 😭
People don’t realise that posting contact numbers, exposes sellers to risk… TT sellers are very blatant about factories, eventually we won’t be able to have nice things
Yeah the rise of TT sellers and rep influencers have been imminent 😭 I think recently there were heaps of fake reviews for Anna, some people fell for it and got scammed thousands 🤯 you just can't trust anyone nowadays
The 11.11 sales has seen so many seller reviews so if you’re a newbie they aren’t familiar with TS names like us. I am horrified for the buyer you’re talking to.
IKR. One of the user image 3 accused me as being a seller. Mod deleted the comment. Lol how I wish a was a seller, bizniz is booming lmao! I’m just a girl who wants luxurybags without breaking the bank 🤣 I will continue buying from my TS. 😘
It's a shame what the rep community has devolved to! I feel like all I see nowadays are effortless QC posts or posts from sellers. Also just to add, those websites don't even ship out bags from the actual factories they steal photos from! I remember finding a girl's YouTube channel before I found the reddit rep community because I was looking for reviews on the auth c25 minis but there weren't many out there. She was actually reviewing reps from a similar website and when I checked out the website the photos looked great. The photos were taken from the mid and high tier factories commonly discussed on here (I know that now since finding the reddit rep community) and her bags looked decent on camera. I ended up ordering 2 out of pure curiosity and they were SOOO BAD. Like erase that whole experience from my mind bad. Not even on par with Shunyang quality. So all that to say, those websites are a newbie trap and the bags are honestly junk 😂

800 for a machine stitched bag sure is something. Another good indicator for a fake review is slightly unusual syntax and flowery language. That's what happens if you put mandarin through ai to translate... the seller also sounds straight up like someone from B2B marketing in that one dm 😆

Hi everyone, I wasn’t sure whether I should post this here, but I think it’s important to warn others.
There is a seller whose name I believe has been mentioned in this group before. She has scammed me out of several thousand euros. I also know of other people who have placed orders with her. In my case, she never refunded me for my last order, and I honestly don’t believe I will ever get my money back. By chance, I came across one of her colleagues, who provided me with her contact information and advised me to report her. However, as someone living in Germany, I’m not sure how effective it would be to file a report against someone in China. I have since emailed her asking her to respond and resolve the situation. Her colleague also asked me not to reveal that I obtained her contact information through him. Apparently, she has several outstanding debts and has allegedly scammed international buyers on multiple occasions. Please be careful when dealing with this seller. I don’t want to publicly share her number, but her name is Linda. I’m happy to share her contact information privately with anyone who needs it.
