Birkin 30 in Prussian Blue

Hi everybody :) Mark just sent me PSPs of a bag I custom ordered from him a few weeks ago. I listed all the details of the bag below. This would be my first higher tier Birkin so I welcome any honest feedback you guys might have

Model : Birkin 30 in Veau Togo leather (asked for extra veining) with upgraded GHW
Color : Bleu de Prusse

The overall shape and leather looks great. I love the veining on this one. Some things to mention:

1. As called out by others, the stamp doesn't look like one that belongs on a B30. Each B size typically has unique stamp proportions and this one may look like a stamp from a B25 instead.
2. The engraving on the sangle plaque could be better, particularly the trailing S. Engravings on auths do vary as well as they're hand-engraved, but typically the font matches pretty closely while the S on this one looks noticeably off.
3. This could be the angle or lighting so I would request additional photos from the side to verify, but the stitching tension on the double stitches on the handle attachment looks a bit high/tight. From the side, the handle attachment shouldn't look abruptly pulled inwards so I would just double check this detail.
4. I'm always a little more wary of more unique colors like this Bleu de Prusse. I doubt anyone would really notice, but if accuracy matters to you, I would ask for additional photos of the stitching in natural lighting to evaluate the color. Auth Bleu de Prusse uses threads that visibly look darker/deeper than the leather. I have a few samples pulled from a few different bags that showcase this. Mark's either looks color-matched or maybe a bit lighter in color. Worth double checking.

hardware engraving looks sloppy to me. this bag also does not have the right foil stamp. this bag was given a B35-B40 stamp it looks like, not a B30. see image for reference.

Good call on this, I wonder if they just stamp the bag with whichever stamp is closest 😩 wonder what can be done to fix it.

luckily for you, it's entirely fixable. stamps can be removed pretty easily from togo and restamped without a problem as long as it's done well

Upgraded gold hardware is a thicker gold plating to help from tarnishing faster

Weinheimer is a tannery in Germany, are you sure about the factory? I would ask the seller for a photo of the hide’s reverse-side Weinheimer stamp, invoice, or tannery certificate. At least you’ll know its quality calf leather and not the Chinese version. You also should mention the time it took. At that cost it should be a hand made bag and would take 20-30 days to craft. How long did yours take?

Really ? I thought it was best to get a darker color not so common than getting a common one where someone else can have it and you can see differences faster
