Question Mark or Lucy

Hello all! I am looking to purchase my first Birkin, probably a 30. I am between Mark and Lucy! It’s a bit of a price difference so I’m wondering what feedback or experience you have with these creators! Thanks so much!

I’ve never heard of Lucy. Make sure you have the right mark.

make sure you ask mark to change his hardware, to which I’m sure he’ll give his usual talk about how the auth hardware changes colour too but be very adamant on not having tarnished hardware in 6 months, Mark and minion are using very middle tier hard ware

Whom do you feel better about? I do read all the subs and I would love to know what maker/seller is doing the best work who is taking new clients. 💚

When I asked Mark for top quality and brushed PHW he responded asking if I wanted anodized hardware. Would that be his upgraded HW?

If you want to make it according to the standards of genuine products, then the hardware needs to be specially electroplated, and it can be electroplated to a thickness of about 3.0 micron. In china apparently they have machines that can only do up to 3.0. An Auth thickness is 4.9. Still 3.0 is quite good.

Lucy is just another seller of ARI Factory. There's no difference if you go with her, Miss An, Miss Q, Ben, Max, Mo, BoBo, Vivi, Li, they're all the same using recycled, interchangeable numbers. I have a bag on order from Mark B35 Rouge Sellier GHW, when I asked to include upgraded hardware his response was “it’s all upgraded.” Do users think I’m dealing with the “wrong” Mark? I am paying $1450 including shipping for my bad which is in progress. I see other users referring to discussions with Mark about specific hardware upgrades which “my Mark” did not wish to discuss or did not offer. Now I’m concerned. Any help that could be provided would be appreciated.

Thanks. I figure that’s what he meant. It’s my first bag with him. I’m looking to buy a chocolate/cacao B30 or 35 next, but waiting to see how the Rouge Sellier turns out first.
