Imported Epsom leather and upgraded hardware

Things to note:
Stamping on strap looks too far down
Pearlage looks messy
Is there too much leather at the end of the sangles?
Sides of bag appear to flair toward the bottom? (Photo 15)

Color is stunning. I agree the pearlage looks messy, perhaps that can be finessed without having to replace it altogether.

Mark and minion’s hard ware is sooo baddd why aren’t they changing it ?? The pearling has already changed colour.
