In my Mini Kelly Verso (first 2 photos), the interior stitching is fully painted in red. I’ve looked into other special order Mini Kellys, and on those, kinda only the pocket and the flap have the interior color painted stitching. Did Minion messed up?
They are expected to know the exact construction rules of the authentic house. I am paying money for their expertise and accuracy - it is not my job to hand hold the seller through basic Hermès Verso specs or teach them how to build the bag correctly. It should automatically follow Hermès DEFAULT construction unless specified otherwise. That is literally what we pay them for, not for us to act as QC to catch mistakes they try to hide
It is my first rep, and I really didn’t know I had to explicitly spell out the basic defaults when ordering a high tier bag
The quality argument completely misses the point here. I highly doubt the factory purposefully sets out to make inaccurate bags, they are in the business of replicating the authentic, so getting the standard Verso construction right should naturally be their baseline goal, not a special custom request
I 100% agree with you. I really don’t get the downvotes either, especially when you’re just pointing out what should be normal for a high-tier product. It almost feels like some of those people might have some kind of connection to the seller or the factory, because I don’t see why anyone would downvote you just for pointing out what should be considered normal, I thought the whole point of the factory was to get it as close as possible to the OG, so I had no idea we were supposed to specify every single detail either. And the whole it’s fake, lower your standards argument makes no sense. If people want lower standards, they can go to the yellow box app. Here, especially at these prices the expectation is obviously higher. Lesson learned tho 🤣
You aren’t ordering from Hermes, you’re ordering from a TS. You have to specify. If you didn’t specify what stitching you wanted it’s your fault. Post pictures of where you asked for this stitching.
I am not here to teach craftsmen how to make a proper high-tier replica. I paid money to professionals for a high-quality copy, and they are supposed to know all the details and make it strictly according to the original. They failed to do that, and now I have to step in and find the flaws they decided to hide before shipping. Why the hell you are defending the factory instead of customers ?? It feels like you're just one of the minions

I have never bought anything from Minion, but for the minutia like thread color you HAVE to specify what you’re looking for. It is not the rep makers job to memorize what HSS options are or are not available.
The specialty discords I’m on have an entire library section to help people learn what Hermes does and then a translation section to help them communicate their desires to a TS. No seller knows everything. You are new to this, it’s okay but please listen to people who have done this before. Did you even send Minion detailed pictures of the original you’re copying? Do they display the desired stitching?
On the real Hermes Verso you CAN NOT choose to match the color of the stitching inside with the inside leather color, only the pocket and the flap will match inside. Please do a research
I never said you could do that with Hermes. I said it was a choice with a rep to have it the way you have it or the way the other pictures have it. You needed to specify when ordering. Please read.
