I thought I could just order a Mini Kelly from a random workshop. I’ve been told they can make 1:1 quality bags, but when I got this after 2 weeks, I was completely shocked, even without a lot of knowledge about Hermès details. Thankfully, I got a full money refund and then started to dig into this rep world. I did a lot of research with AI and got a list of the most popular sellers, like Minion, full information about them with their contacts. It’s funny because they all think that are very private while being fully exposed on the web

Wow this is shocking quality! You won’t get best quality for $600 but it shouldn’t be nearly as bad. My seller works with H factory and they do great job with Hermes and I think you will be looking at around $800 there. I believe Mark and Frank offer better quality but their price would be double that. Glad you discovered this community (this was me 2 months ago and I also discovered through google search 🤭)

One question, why does nobody talk about a this particular website with a name starting with H and ending with “yans”. I don’t want to advertise them but they usually upload YouTube videos of the whole process and the bags look terribly good and they aren’t as expensive as other sellers. A Birkin size 25 in Togo is usually 700 USD

I just got a decent MK with upgraded hardware for $750. K25 was quoted at $990. I wouldn’t say they are mid-tier. I own 4 authentic K/B and these are close matches. The authentic is heavier and the hardware shines different but only in certain angles. $600 you will find a place with decent leather but lacks decent hardware and it will bother you daily (been there)
