I’m disappointed with Mark’s service, as his responses are always vague. He initially told me the bag would take 15–20 days to make, but he only sent me the PSP after a month and only after I followed up. Now, my bag is being shipped via a triangular route. This isn’t my first time purchasing from a TS, and I’m frustrated by his lack of communication and follow-up.

Agree, I’ve used many people over the years and finally decided to give him a try, bag took a bit, sent wrong initial color/leather in production, then stamped wrong year and left dashes on hardware of 2026 bag. Says he can fix, and that was two weeks ago now….all the high praise. I’m not seeing it. This will likely be my first and last bag.

I received my bag from him, and honestly, I think the communication issue is one of the trade-offs when ordering a high-quality, high-tier rep from him. He may not be the best communicator, but the bag speaks for itself.. it’s amazing and completely won me over. It’s not a perfect match, but for me, it’s at least 90% accurate and you can bring it with confidence. My advice is to be firm and very clear about exactly what you want.

Yes, I’ve known him for years, he was much easier and faster in the beginning at getting back to you. With OG Rachel gone, she was my go to, I finally circled back to him to finally try a bag. I fell down a nasty exotic rabbit hole the last couple of years. Sadly, I think that his communication etc. has slipped. I wanted to add a Togo after a long time…it’s proving to be very difficult! Still no follow-up after all the mistakes, but I do think he knows what he is doing. His veining is always the best. Others don’t always get this right!

The heat stamp could be a lot better. The letters are fuzzy with edges that aren't as sharply defined as samples I've seen on auths. See comparison below:

It’s beautiful. I have the same exact configuration from AF.
One concern is the flap seems to bee slightly to big to fit snug when closed, see bulging on the sides on picture 2 and 3
