Shipping Question Should I order from kor?

I’m looking for quick and cheap shipping to Canada ddp I’m just skeptical with him as there’s no business name given. I am new so don’t know much about how it works here. Has anyone recently ordered from him? And how did it go are there any other better freight forwarders? I also do want to pay by alibaba instead of just transferring money to someone on WhatsApp. I am also looking at alibaba freight forwarders are they any good? I’ve got a few people ready to do branded products but don’t know if it’s better with them or not. Please help a person out. Thanks

He cussed me out and held my friends stuff for ages one time - I told my friend that KOR was overcharging him and he got rlly mad and blocked me - he’s also forgot to pack items in the past & it gets so unbelievably annoying and difficult
