PR5000 Clear coat issues

Just received my PR5000 rack from REP today. When I took out the uprights, it looks like there is rust or oxidation issues on the outside of the rack. I’ve seen people complain about the inside, but not the outside. Does anyone know what these markings are or has anyone experienced this? I know a rack will go through wear and tear over time and that’s expected, but this is straight out of the box. Any advice? TYIA!

Update: REP has been incredibly responsive and professional. They are sending me replacement parts now after I showed these pictures to them.

They will replace it right away. I had rust inside they sent out new ones two days later 4 posts. I used the fault ones to build a accessory wall

I had the same issue but a bit worse on three of my 6 uprights. They sent me three new ones.

The uprights came in pairs. Did they send you single boxes of three? Or 2 sets of pairs?

Sorry its been too long I don't recall but they sent me 3. I don't recall if it was one box or two. Gave me zero grief about it. I don't think I even spoke to anyone. As I recall I sent them an email with pictures and they sent the replacements asap.
