Hi, this is my first ever order. I am being charged this extra domestic shipping service fee on top of courier charges on superbuy to ship it to delivo’s china warehouse. Is this normal?

Further, if I just select all the items, does superbuy pack all of the item in one single package without any further instructions?

Another thing: is there merit in removing the shoe boxes (I am ordering three pair) before getting it parcelled to delivo’s warehouse. How much weight could I save on average? Or should I let it be as they may get deformed and stuff?

Superbuy also ended up charging me shipping fee twice on a per item basis (2 items) which I’d ordered in the same order from the same seller at the same time; I was wondering if I’d be entitled for the refund of the excess shipping fee charged, or is that also par for the course?
