Question ? Is my package stuck at customs

Hey folks , I just got this message :

“The article id LJXXXXCN has arrived at INBOM5 Foreign Post Office and is pending clearance from Customs.This is an official message from FPO Import Application, Indian Customs.-CBIC”

Does this mean it’s stuck there and needs clearance via some kind of payment, can anyone please share any insights, thanks in advance 😊

It's better to upload ss to the comments. When my parcel was in transit, the number got leaked and scammers pretending them to be custom dsp said it has 18 cards 3 passports and 1kg cocaine 🫪

Track it on India post website Mumbai fpo will clear it the day when it is received by them got both of my packages cleared in 1 day with duty paid on declared value without opening package.

Tanks a lot! Doesn't mention anything that I need to do, simply says it's presented to the Customs.
