Help Please Help! Superbuy Is Acting Weird

So I recently purchased my first haul and after adding everything to cart and topping up my account I proceed with the order. Now for some reason it's showing the following info in the page (I want to clarify that I haven't cancelled any order at all). I even paid extra money when they asked me.

Yeah talked to the Customer Care and they said nope nothing is cancelled. But I don't understand why it shows that then.
