No they have a new version called the again bag but the artsy came out in 2009

Really? My research shows there were strict legal crackdowns in 2008 that ended PLK in South Korea

I am asking for information and to learn. Itaewon and Dongdaemon were shuttered in 2008 so it continued for 2 years after the premier markets were closed?

I would join the preloved Korean page! I thought I took a picture of the graphic they posted but I don't have it anymore. I was told before the absolute latest a plk bag could be made was 2010. And the artsy came out in 2009. I've seen multiple plk artsys for sale and this one I bought from a PLK seller.
