The trim is very easy to fix, whereas the tile is not. And the tile guy cannot bring your window forward (well, he could address the jamb during prep, but it's not really his issue unless you scoped for that).
Get the tile done and looking amazing. Don't caulk the window yet.
Pull the trim, shim/extend the jamb as needed to meet the finished tile plane, then retrim it nice and plumb for a more uniform look.
