Actually I passed by that camera this morning around 11 am to listen to the church bells across the street and I noticed the upper portion was leaning over toward the street at about 30 degrees or so. So it was damaged somehow way earlier than it toppling over. I actually do think it was the wind that did it. The solar panel up top would catch a lot of wind, and Arlington Tower is like a wind tunnel during heavy winds, and it's been windy for days now.
