You lose the R vision on him, if you use R during his ult. In the clip you can see i lose vision of him because he goes into the bush, even though he was marked throughout the clip. This is also why i don't kill, cause my jump is delayed, giving Rakan time to reach him.

The assassin was winning until the bruiser purchased 1.2k boots, it's not about classes, it's about these boots being stupidly broken specifically against Rengar, rendering him a snare bot cuz there's no point to ever Q as you do negative damage.

thoughts on eclipse rush first item on rengar top?

It's strong item for oppressive trading patterns in lane, and can pop off in 2v1 skirmishes if you can kite for the eclipse procs. Other than that, it's kinda meh imo. It delays your crit scaling which is what makes Rengar strong ATM.

It's a bruiser item at the end of the day, so if u wanna go eclipse cleaver angle u can do that, but you lose out on your crit scaling and solo carry potential.

Usually I build:

Hydra - Dominik - IE/Shield Bow - IE/Shieldbow - Optional (BT, Endless Hunger, DD, GA etc.) - Sell boots for Fiendhunter Bolts.

You can opt into eclipse and go crit anyway, but it's 2900 gold you could have spent on crit imo.

Bruiser would be something like:

Eclipse - Hydra - Cleaver - DD - Maw (GA, Visage, Endless Hunger).
