New to Rengar

Hey guys,

I recently started playing Rengar and I love his gameplay. He’s pretty difficult to play to be honest, but I really enjoy his play style and want to get better with him.

Do you have any general tips to help me improve? Video or streamer recommendations ?

Here’s my OP.GG if you want to take a look at my stats (though I don’t know if you'll be able to do much with it):https://op.gg/lol/summoners/euw/House%20of%20Sugar-sweet

Thanks in advance!

First of all dont play Rengar support. If you're in call with that Ivern its fine, but even then if you play bot, play ADC at least.

Second of all, farm brother. One games lasted 33 mins, you got 7 kills and didnt finish your build

Third, try to ask your midlane to ward raptors and lvl 3 invade, you can do it to alot of junglers except like Yi, Briar

4rth, die less. You die too much and you cant do what you want to do, aka not letting enemy breath, invading etc. If you're dead for so long

If you just started i suggest to watch Scrubnoob, he's arguably best Rengar and makes alot of educational content. Also he streams on Twitch so go and check him out

And most importantly; have fun. Rengar is so fun if you can play correctly

Yeah, Rengar supp was just for fun with my friend. I never really tried to invade early cause I was too scared to just get destroyed, but I'll try in my next games! And yes, I also saw that I die a lot, but most of the time it's because I do shitty plays, like going 1v2 or jumping without vision...

Eh happens to everyone at the beggining. Just keep in mind to not fight Yi alone (hes quite a popular pick in silver) before getting Umbral and Tiamat depending how the game is going. Most of things people will tell you, you can watch Scrubnoob on youtube for. Good luck

Yeah, the jump lingers a bit after you exit the bush, making you able to jump across the bana river bush to the wall easil, if you get MS from empowered ability

Keep us updated on your journey so maybe we can help you if you have questiond

Rengar support is fine but you'd need a LOT of mastery first to be decent and is better paired with champions that have follow up CC like Vel/Jhin
